Supervising Administrative Officer (SG 22)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Training : 16 hours of relevant training
Experience : 3 years of relevant experience

Functions :
· Supervise the implementation of programs, projects and activities related to administrative and finance division;
· Supervise and provide assistance in the development and administration of programs relative to salary administration, incentives performance appraisal and other activities; .
· Supervise and devise the implementation of an effective and efficient system for providing administrative and financial service to employees;
· Closely coordinate with the Civil Service Commission, Department of Budget and Management, GSIS, Pag-IBIG and other government agencies on personnel related matters and for special services;
· Prepare periodic reports and conduct studies on the effectivity of the administrative and finance division; and

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education : Bachelor of Laws
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Eligibility : RA 1080 (Lawyer)

Functions:
• Make representations pertinent to the legal concerns of the agency such as prosecuting and defending civil, criminal, labor and other cases on behalf or against the agency before judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative bodies;
• Prepare responses to queries and complaints and render legal opinion/assistance/support in the preparation of contracts, deeds, including the notarization of documents;
• Undertake research/studies and make representations pertinent to the legal concerns of the agency;
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Information Systems Analyst II (SG 16)

Functions :
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases;
• Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow;
• Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements;
• Manage the set-up and configuration of systems;
• Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process;
• Ensures efficiency and effectiveness of the systems and databases;
• Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed; and
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
