The National Book Development Board (NBDB) is a government agency created under Republic Act 8047 or the Book Publishing Industry Development Act and is mandated to formulate, adopt and implement the National Book Policy and the National Book Development Plan. Basic Monthly Salary: Php 52,703.00 PERA: Php 2,000.00

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education : Bachelor’s Degree

Training : 8 hours of relevant training

Experience : 2 years of relevant experience

Eligibility : None Required

Basic Functions :

• Oversee and implement plans and programs, operational policies and guidelines relative to the function of the office;
• Direct and supervise the dissemination of prepared correspondence and communication to and from the Members of the Governing Board; Plan, manage and coordinate support services to the Members of the Governing Board;
• Coordinate with the Secretariat about matters pertinent to the participation of the Members of the board.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
